During your studies, you will take part in numerous practical classes that will teach you how to create professional audio and video materials, as well as multimedia presentations. You will try your hand as a journalist, presenter, online creator, and public relations specialist. From the very first semester, you will have the opportunity to get involved in one of the editorial teams of the Faculty’s student media and gain experience in a real media environment.
You will learn how contemporary media operate, discover the principles of editorial work, and explore the challenges faced by journalists and digital creators. You will find out what media ethics is, how to build effective communication, and how to create advertising campaigns that truly work.
Journalism and Social Communication also develops modern digital competences. Computer graphics, editing and typesetting, web design, the basics of programming, and online content design - all of this awaits you during your studies.
